We don’t plan to be rescued. We don’t plan for something to happen that means we need to be rescued. But sometimes those things do happen and we are left needing a rescuer. In this sermon we hear about a time Abram became a rescuer.
But, as always, the Bible story doesn’t let us see Abram as the greatest rescuer. That position belongs to God. Let him be your rescuer.
