Psalm 32

You know what it feels like to be weighed down with sorrow and regret. You have lost sleep over things done that can’t be undone. And you know that ignoring it won’t solve anything. How do we move from sorrow to joy?

There are many people in church who can answer that question for you, and the Psalm we read today is also a wonderful guide. Here the writer, David, tells us what life was like for him before he confessed his sin – a life of woe – and what life is like for him after he confesses – blessed.

We hope that today you won’t just hear a condemnation of sin but also the journey of sins forgiven and the joy this brings.
